Positioning

-  Insert each toe gently into the corresponding gap.

-  Pass the toe strap through the small hole and place the bent toe on the toe corrector. 

-  Wrap the strap around the toes to secure them in place. 

- Adjust the position of the toe support for a comfortable fit without looseness. 

Start Slowly

Begin with 15–30 minutes per day to let your feet adjust. Gradually increase usage to 1–2 hours daily or as comfortable.

Best Use Cases

- While relaxing at home (watching TV, reading, etc.)

- During light activities like yoga or stretching

- While sleeping (optional, use with socks to prevent slipping)

- Avoid wearing them inside tight or non-stretchable shoes.

With Shoes?

- Not recommended for use inside snug or formal shoes.

- You can wear them inside wider sneakers or with socks around the house.

Adjustment Period – Mild Discomfort Is Normal

- It’s completely normal to feel slight discomfort or pressure when you first start using the separators. 

- That’s because your toes are beginning to realign, and the separators' material is adapting to the shape of your toes — while your toe is also adjusting to the new positioning.

- Think of it like wearing braces for your hammer toes: alignment takes time, and it’s not always a perfectly smooth process.

- Start slowly — 15 to 30 minutes a day is enough at first. Gradually increase the duration as your comfort improves.

- Be patient and consistent — most users begin noticing visible changes and relief after several days to weeks of regular use.

Cleaning Instructions

- Hand-wash with warm water and mild soap.

- Air dry completely before next use.

- Optional: Sprinkle a bit of talcum powder if material feels sticky.

When Not to Use

Not recommended for use on open wounds or infected skin.

Not suitable for big toe and pinky toe. 

Suitable For:

- Hammer toes, overlapping toes, and plantar fasciitis

- Diabetic foot pain and metatarsalgia

- Daily support, especially for those standing long hours or walking frequently
