Positioning
- These correctors are side-specific — there is a left and a right piece. Make sure to wear each one on the correct foot for proper alignment and support.
- The built-in aluminum strip should run along the inner side of your foot, from the bunion area to just below the big toe.
- Wrap the splint firmly around your foot using the adjustable straps, so the corrector stays securely in place.
- Use the toe strap to gently pull the big toe into a more natural position — it should feel snug but not painful.
Start Slowly
Begin with 15–30 minutes per day to let your feet adjust. Gradually increase usage to 1–2 hours daily or as comfortable.
Best Use Cases
- While relaxing at home (watching TV, reading, etc.)
- During light activities like yoga or stretching
- While sleeping (optional, use with socks to prevent slipping)
- Avoid wearing them inside tight or non-stretchable shoes.
With Shoes?
- Not recommended for use inside snug or formal shoes.
- You can wear them inside wider sneakers or with socks around the house.
